DESCRIPTION:
Structure defined by the Managing Directors of JUHF Certification Pvt. Ltd. dated 10th February 2019 and same revised in February 2021
Fee for JUHF Certification Categorised in below manners;
| 1.1 | New Registration fee for food manufacturing company for more than 10 products, shall be 41000/- |
| 1.2 | New Registration fee for food manufacturing company for less than 10 products, shall be 31000/- |
| 1.3 | Ne Registration for Non-Food manufacturing company for more than 10 products, shall be Rs. 31000/- |
| 1.4 | New Registration for the non-Food manufacturing company for less than 10 products, shall be Rs. 26000/- |
| 1.5 | New Registration for Slaughtering House is Rs. 31000/- |
| 1.6 | New Registration for trader/exporter is Rs. 31000/- |
| 1.7 | New Registration fee for Overseas Client USD 1500 |
Note: Halal logo will be complimentary given to JUHF’s clients on their request after submission of Logo application.

| 3.1. | Re-certification fee for food manufacturing company for more than 10 products, shall be Rs. 36000/- |
| 3.2. | Re-certification fee for food manufacturing company for less than 10 products, shall be 26000/- |
| 3.3. | Re-certification fee for Non-Food manufacturing company for more than 10 products, shall be Rs. 26000/- |
| 3.4. | Re-certification fee for the non-Food manufacturing company for less than 10 products, shall be Rs. 21000/- |
| 3.5. | Re-certification fee for Slaughtering House is Rs. 26000/- |
| 3.6. | Re-certification fee for trader/exporter is Rs. 26000/- |
| 3.7. | Re-certification fee for Overseas Clients USD 1200 |
| 4.1 | Inclusion fee per product Rs. 500/- for domestic clients only and for overseas clients USD 100/- only |
| 5.1 | Once a certification after getting confirmation the clients, issued and later wish to get any significant changes, or wish to have a duplicate copy of the certificate, this shall attract Extra Fee Rs. 1000/- and for oversea clients USD 100 |
| 6.1 | Shipment Certificate fee depends on Commercial Invoice value, JUHF shall charge 0.1% on total value of Invoice but the minimum fee limit per Invoice is Rs. 1000/- irrespective of Invoice value. |
| 6.2 | Shipment Certificate for meat per certificate Rs. 800/- |
| 6.3 | Duplicate Shipment Certificate Fee Rs. 300 |
| 7.1 | Shipment certificate fee as per Halal Centre-Food and Drug Authority -Saudi Arabia shall be as follows; a) Shipment certificate for poultry 25 SAR per ton. b) Shipment certificate for meat 40 SAR per ton. c) Shipment certificate for other products 1000 SAR per shipment. |
| 8.1 | JUHF shall conduct the onsite audits as per guidelines and there must be expense in the audit. So, the audit expenses shall be extra and will be borne by the applicants themselves. |
| 8.2 | Audit expenses may include as follows; a)If the applicant manufacturing site location is more 500km from Mumbai and there is flight available in nearby area, then auditors will travel through flight b) If the applicant manufacturing site location is less then 500km, then auditors will either travel through a good four-wheeler vehicle or by train c) Airport / station pick up & drop, stay arrangements, food arrangements and other if required / applicable |
| 8.3 | If above mentioned arrangements are made by the applicant then no need to pay anything. If the above-mentioned arrangements full or partial are made by JUHF then the applicant shall reimburse as per rule. JUHF shall raise a debit note for the reimbursement and the applicant has to pay within period mentioned in the debit note. |
| 9.1 | Service shall not be started until the full payment is received. |
| 9.2 | The Above Fees are Exclusive of GST. A GST is Applicable to all above Fees. |
| 9.3 | Fee must be paid within 15 working days from the date of issuance of the proforma or tax fee invoice |
| 9.4 | Certification fees shall be paid immediately upon submission of application. No application shall be officially received and reviewed before receiving the application fee. |
| 9.5 | All fees mentioned above are non-refundable. |
| 9.6 | The Certification can be suspended without any notice if the Surveillance/annual fee is not paid within 15 working days from the date of issuance of the fee invoice. |
| 9.7 | Fee for 1st Surveillance: The fee is due after nine months of initial Certification date or before 15 working days of the surveillance if the surveillance visit is planned to be conducted before the due date. |
| 9.8 | Fee for 2nd Surveillance: The fee is due before twenty-one (21) months of initial certification date or before 15 working days of the surveillance if the surveillance visit is planned to be conducted before due date. |
| 9.9 | Fee for re-accreditation: The fee is due before thirty-three (33) months of initial certification date or before 15 working days of Re-certification if the recertification is planned before the due date. |
| 9.10 | If a client’s certificate is suspended due to non-payment of fee on time or for any other reason then re-instatement fee of Rs. 5000/- will be applicable. |
| 9.11 | Halal Mark Printing on Letter Head/Brochure/Pamphlet/ Website or any other place other than Products is Free, only for JUHF Certified Clients. |
| 9.12 | Without Agreement and proper permission printing Halal mark or demonstration Halal Mark is firmly forbidden and will be Treated as deception |
| 9.13 | JUHF will entertain overseas application only if there is no approved local Halal body in their country. |
| 9.14 | Re-certification application shall be submitted to JUHF at least three (3) months before the expiry of the certificate. Delay may cause extra charges. Non-submission of application on time shall terminate the certificate |
| 10.1 | A client may pay the fees through DD/Ch in favour of “JUHF Certification Pvt. Ltd.” |
